Using the same brand of interpretive signs commonly found along highways in Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina and Tennessee, West Virginia is benefit from the regional branding and cross-promotion that Civil War Trails offer. The River City Youth Ballet collaborates once more with the West Virginia Youth Symphony in staging Prokofiev’s “Peter and the Wolf” on Tuesday, April 7, 2009, at the Clay Center. The story is spoken by a narrator accompanied by the orchestra which represents each dancing character with a particular instrument and musical theme.
