Cooking classes at Tamarack

Tamarack, the place for all things West Virginia, is holding a series of cooking classes every second Tuesday of the month.
Chef Jamie Henderson and sous chef Roy Lynch will conduct 2-hour classes on Tailgate cooking (September 14), Fall favorites (October 12), How to cook a turkey (November 9) and Sweet treats (December 14). The first hour of the class will be for the lessons, while the 2nd hour for eating and discussion.
