Fee: $90 for Clay Center members; $100 for non-members (includes all four sessions)
Culinary Institute of America (CIA) Certified Wine Professional Sam Uppala will conduct this six-class session, exploring the wines of Spain and Portugal. A challenging course intended to be a great deal of fun for beginner or experienced wine lover.
It is not required to take Art & Science of Wine I, II or III prior to this class.
