Chef’s Challenge

The 7th Annual Chef’s Challenge is happening next week, on March 14, from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Charleston Civic Center.

Tickets for the event is priced at $100 (available through the Covenant House website), and includes a five-course meal crafted by some of the best chefs in Charleston, WV.

Taking up the challenge are Chef Evan Wilson of Ichiban, Chef Rich Arbaugh of the South Hills Market, Chef Dennis Harris of the Edgewood Country Club, Chef Tim Urbanic of Cafe Cimino Country Inn, Chef John Wright of the Bridge Road Bistro, and Chef Todd Jones of the Charleston Civic Center.

The chefs will be donating their time, skill, and ingredients for their creations for the fundraising event that benefits the Covenant House of West Virginia. The Covenant House provides basic needs like food, clothing, and shelter to those in need.
