Prepare for the season and the holidays with April Hamilton and Luisa DiTrapano’s cooking classes at Ferguson’s on 160 Spring St.
Five classes will be offered in November and December, starting with April Hamilton’s “Weekend Kitchen” on November 8, 2011 at 6 o’clock in the evening. The fee for this class is $85. It is followed by Luisa DiTrapano’s 21st Century Thanksgiving” on November 15, also at 6pm and $85 class fee.
Other classes include “Fall Baking on November 29 ($80, 6pm), “Cater Your Own Holiday Party” on December 1 ($85, 6pm) and “Holiday Baking for Kids 8 to 12” on December 4 ($45, 2pm).
