On April 18th, Charlestonians are invited to shred for a cause. For only $10, KnightHorst Shredding will accept up to 70 pounds worth of documents to be shredded. Sensitive documents you can shred are bank information, budgets, canceled or blank checks, credit information, financial statements, income tax records, insurance records, investment information, legal papers, medical records, personal documents, etc. There’s no need to remove bindings or staples, and all documents will be shredded on the spot. A “Certificate of Destruction” will be issued to all participants. All shreded materials will be recycled.
The proceeds of this fund raising event will benefit the Bridge Road Neighborhood Association’s streetscape projects like sidewalks, lighting, benches, beautification, and increased parking.
The venue will be at Chase parking lot entrance on Walnut Road.
