Description: Visual artists, performers, musicians, bicyclists, roller skaters, civic groups and local organizations that celebrate creativity within the community are invited participate and work together or independently to create portable sculptures, mobile artworks, inflatable art, flags, and street performances. After the parade at Capitol Market you will be able to get a better view of participants and hear local musicians.
