Did you miss the Red Tail Ring’s performance last weekend? No worries, as the FOOTMAD Concert Series continues on until April 2015 with a once-a-month show.
The Kanawha Valley chapter of the Friends of Old Time Music and Dance gives Charleston, WV locals the chance to watch and enjoy performances of acclaimed musician. This chance to discover and appreciate folk music and dance is further heightened by the venue of each performance: the West Virginia Culture Center, where each seat is “the best in the house.”
Upcoming performances include the Glenville State College Bluegrass Band and the Appalachian Ensemble (November 22, 2014), Hank Williams Tribute (January 3, 2015), Frisson (January 31, 2015), The Outside Track (March 7, 2015), and the Henhouse Prowlers (April 11, 2015).
Individual concert tickets are priced at $20 for adults, $15 for seniors, $10 for students, and free for children under 13 years old, VISTA workers, and community volunteers. Concert series tickets offers huge savings, at $70 for 7 concerts, including 2 extra tickets for a friend. Already missed a concert? No worries, as the unused ticket can be used for the next scheduled concert, or used by a friend.
