Sit back and relax with cool music and craft beers as the Clay Center brings to stage the band Kick the Robot on May 12 at the Maier Foundation Performance Hall.

This event is part of the Clay Center’s Sound Check Sessions, where they feature up and coming musical stars from the local and national stages. The opening act for the show is local band The Horse Traders.

Tickets are available through or at the Clay Center box office at $20 each.

Kick the Robot is a Georgia-based trio, who describes their sound as “arena garage rock,” featuring triple-vocal attack and powerful melodies. Their full-length debut album was praised by Backstage Beat for its “fine, organic sound that harkens back to the genre’s bright days in the 90’s.”
