Charleston Stage Company presents “Dead Man’s Cell Phone” by Sarah Ruhl. Performances starts on February 18 and runs every Thursday, Friday and Saturday until the 27th at the WVSU Capitol Center Theatre on 123 Summers Street in Charleston. Show starts at 7:30pm.

Directing the play is Tim Mace and stars Kate Morris as Jean, Greg Harpold as Gordon, Jamie Dunbar as Hermia, B.A Miskowiec as Mrs. Godlier, K.C. Bragg as Dwight and Emily Alice Dunn as The Other Woman. The play is an odyssey of a woman forced to confront her own assumptions about mortality, redemption, and the need to connect in a technologically obsessed world.

In light of this, the Charleston Stage Company will accept donations of gently used cell phones at the box office that we will then turn in to the YWCA Resolve Family Abuse Program. This program refurbishes the cell phones and they are given to families in need of help in domestic abuse situations. For more information about this program or the YWCA contact 304-340-3594 or info@ywcacharleston.org.
