Cucina Luisa will be holding a cooking class featuring Spanish tapas on March 29, 2012. Students will learn how to make different types of tapas (finger food or canapes) like empanadillas (bite-size meat-filled turnovers), gambas al Ajillo (garlic shrimp) and marinated Manchego cheese. Tapas are perfect party food, and goes well with chilled Sangria.
