West Virginia Power season opening game

baseball-336631_640The West Virginia Power will face the Savannah Sand Gnats on Thursday, April 9, to open this year’s baseball season at the Appalachian Power Park.

The opening homestand will also include four against the New York Mets South Atlantic League affiliate, and three games against the Suns, affiliate of the Washington Nationals.

Tickets for the opening game are available for purchase online through ticketreturn.com, starting at $8. Gates will be open one hour prior to the start of the game.

A Class-A affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates, the West Virginia Power will be playing 70 home dates in the 2015 season, scheduled Mondays through Saturdays every 7:05 pm, with some exceptions. Sunday games at the Appalachian Power Park will be at 2:05 pm.
