Do you love homemade fruit jams? Do you wish you know how to make them on your own? For $25, you can learn how to make, process and preserve jams and jellies. Classes will be held on August 27 and 28 from 10 am to 2pm. Fee includes a light lunch.

If fruit preserves are not your thing, sign up for the August 31 class where you can learn how to make healthy appetizers. Football fans are in for a treat as the recipes will feature favorite football tailgate fare. Cost of the 2-hour class (5:30pm to 7:30pm) is $15.

Both class have limited slots so it’s best to register early. Call (304) 768-1202 for inquiries and reservation.
