On September 19, Sam Uppala will conduct Art & Science of Wine VII: Champagne and Sparkling Wines at the Clay Center.
A Culinary Institute of America certified wine professional, Sam Upala will educate the attendees important concepts concerning wine styles, how Champagne is made, how it differs from other sparkling wines and how to pair Champagne with food. There will be a discussion about Champagne and other sparkling wines from around the world. Tastings will also be part of the program to evaluate the wines and illustrate the concepts.
Pre-registration is required as space is limited. The class costs $100 per participant, inclusive of a three course lunch.
