Description: WV Chocolate Festival in Ripley WV April 4, 2009 10:00 am – 4:00 pm The WV Chocolate Festival features a parade, contests, entertainment, various chocolate vendors from across the state with a large variety of chocolate edibles, on site chocolate factory. The Easter Bunny will make a visit. This is the festival for chocoholics and the people who love them. There is no entrance fee and all items are for purchase from individual vendors. Immediately off I-77 at Exit 138 at McCoy\’s Inn and Conference Center in Ripley WV. Free ample parking is available.
