The West Virginia Division of Rehabilitation Services is calling for resident West Virginian artists with disabilities to submit entries for the 2014 West Virginia Diversifying Perspectives Art Contest and Exhibition.
This exhibition aims to promote the creative and diverse talents of people with disabilities. It is open to residents of West Virginia who have a disability and is at least 18 years old. All entries must be two-dimensional (2-D) art, be it a painting, print, drawing, photograph, mixed media, or craft. It must not exceed 4’x4′ in size and 30 lbs in weight.
Entries must be submitted between June 2-30, 2014. Exhibit will open on September 17 at the Great Hall of the Culture Center in Charleston, WV, and close on October 31, 2014.
