April Hamilton of April’s Kitchen is holding two cooking classes this December and January 2014 at the Ferguson Kitchen Galleries in Charleston, WV.
The “Holiday Mini Camp” is a hands-on kitchen workshop for children aged 10-14 years. They will learn kid-friendly recipes that can easily do at home. Three classes will be held from 5:30 pm to 8 pm on December 20, 21, and 22. Cost for this class is $120 per child.
“Beginners and Beyond” is a cooking series geared for adults on three Sundays in January 2014 (January 5, 12, and 26). The class will focus on kitchen basics, menu planning, and prepping. This workshop aims to help families and encourage them to cook and eat healthier foods at home. This class costs $225.
