Bill Nye in Charleston

The Chancellor’s STEM Speaker Series will be featuring Bill Nye this November in Charleston, WV.

Bill Nye, a renowned science educator and host of the popular PBS series “Bill Nye the Science Guy” will be speaking at the Maier Foundation Performance Hall at the Clay Center for the Arts and Sciences on November 19 at 7:00 pm.

The event is free, but tickets must be reserved ahead of time. This can be done by visiting the Clay Center’s box office, calling their hotline at (304) 561-3570, or online at tickets.theclaycenter.org.

The speaker series is a program of the Division of Science and Research of the West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission. It aims to show the youth of West Virginia that science can be exciting, and the different ways in which science improves our lives and the world.
