Kanawha Falls one of the popular fishing spots in the Kanawha Valley, and many anglers test their skills in the Kanawha river, with the majestic cascading of the falls in the backdrop. Downstream the Gauley Bridge, there’s a small park that’s a public fishing area. It is also features a 1-lane boat ramp, Portajohns, potable water, and parking area. There are also facilities for handicap fishing and parking.

If you are looking for a venue for your event with a scenic view of the river, you need not look further tan the Glenn Ferris Inn. This grand structure overlooks the Kanawha falls, making it the perfect location for weddings, meetings or riverside dining.
