Enjoy some music with your lunch at the return of the Kanawha Forum fall concert and lunch series! Held at the Kanawha Presbyterian Church, the show starts at 12:05pm to 12:30 every wednesday starting tomorrow, September 21. After the show, lunch will be served. The concert is free, but lunch must be reserved and prepaid at $10 per person.
On September 21, enjoy the music of Ikarus composed of Jim Lange, Al and Lisa Peery, and David Porter followed by a sumputous meal of zucchini and basil soup, rice salad with shrimp, pecan pie muffins, and strawberry swirl cream cheese pound cake.
The last Wednesday of September features Lindsey Goodman on the flute, Robert Turizziani on the clarinet and Vicki Berneking-Cavendish on the piano. Menu for this day includes stuffed green pepper soup, Greek salad, fresh herb spoon rolls, and orange and lemon sour cream cake.
In October, featured entertainers include Josh Meredith, Nathan Moheebi, Ron Neal, Cara Escue, Madeline Southall, Allie Sargent, and the Timpani Chamber Music Ensemble.
