Want to learn how to cook? Head on down to the Capitol Market tomorrow, September 7th, for a cooking demonstration by Chef Paul Smith.
Chef Paul will be teaching how to make his favorite recipes, so make sure to be at the outdoor market pavilion across from Soho’s restaurant at 11 am tomorrow.
This is part of the Capitol Market’s 2017 Cooking Demo series. The theme for this month is tailgating, while in October, the theme will be all about pumpkins. Upcoming cooking demo dates will be on September 30, October 12, and October 21.
Chef Paul Smith is also preparing the menu for the Market Table event on September 16th. This is an al fresco farm to fork event, featuring hand-picked ingredients from the market and Gritt’s farm. Tickets for the four-course dinner costs $95, and includes wine and beer. Tickets are available only until September 9th. Purchase your ticket online.
