Mystery Theatre Unlimited makes it way to West Virginia with their show, Maltese Ferret. One of the company’s Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre series, the show is a parody of the game “Clue,” wherein detective Elliot Brick tries to solve the case with six possible weapons, nine possible locations and six suspects.
It is a musical-comedy play that is performed in a room, amongst dining guests. While the play is scripted, there is plenty of opportunities for improvisations and audience participation.
The troupe will perform on April 14 at the Stonewall Resort, who is offering a great Murder Mystery Weekend package for those who want to watch the show. For $259 per couple, guests can enjoy the resort’s plush accommodation for one night, welcome reception prior to the event, hors d’oeuvres, plated dinner, show tickets, and coffee after the show. The package rate exclude taxes and resort fee of $14.
Prizes will be awarded to guests who can give the funniest answer and budding detectives who can guess the killer amongst the suspects. To book, visit the Stone Wall Resort website.
