A collaboration of National Endowment for the Arts and its “Our Town” program, the City of Charleston, Charleston Urban Renewal Authority, Charleston Area Alliance, Clay Center for the Arts and Sciences, Arts Council of the Kanawha Valley and FestivALL Charleston, this effort seeks to entice visitors and Charleston locals alike to explore the capital city and discover its rich art scene.
