The 28th West Virginia Pumpkin Festival is happening this weekend at the Pumpking Park in Milton, just a 40-minute drive from Charleston, WV.
Designed to help farmers raise and sell pumpkins, this annual event draws crowds from all over West Virginia. This year’s festival is from October 3 to 6, from 9 am to 9pm from Thursday to Saturday, and from 9 am to 6pm on Sunday.
There are activities for all age range, with 5K runs, beauty pageants, parades, entertainment, bake offs, and selling booths.
