Looking for motivation to go out and be active? Join local West Virginians as they go exercise outdoors every Wednesday in various areas near Charleston, WV. This is a great chance to get out, discover new areas of Charleston, and meet new people!
Every Wednesday this August, personal trainer Kelsey Gilbert will lead the group in a variety of exercises and activities, from bootcamps to hiking, trackwork to stairs, and more! This activity is open and free for all!
The workout session is from 6:30 PM until 8:30 PM and venues will change per Wednesday. On August 16 it will be at North Charleston, August 23 at Kanawha City, and August 30 at Cato Park.
