Marsha Hyatt, the former pastry chef at the Bluegrass Kitchen has moved on her own to open Frütcake, a shop specializing in pastries made with organic ingredients.
Customers can come in to savor Frütcake’s sumptuous cookies, sticky buns, scones, muffins, pies and cheesecakes. The Marsha ensures that there’s something to suit everyone’s diet and preference — there are pastries that are vegan, vegetarian and diabetic friendly.
You can wash it all down with Frütcake’s choice selection of coffees. The organic coffee from Grounds for Change feature in all of the shop’s brewed, lattes, cappuccinos and espressos.
