It’s the third Thursday of the month, and that means ArtWalk in downtown Charleston, WV!
Tonight’s ArtWalk is from 5 PM until 8 PM, with some venues offering extended hours. Participating in this round are Rock City Cake Company, who will be displaying the works of self-taught artist, RaeNtel Bryan from Logan, who uses a variety of medium and techniques. The Gilded Age Tatoo will be displaying works by Nichole Westfall, and the Dressmaker’s Closet will be displaying works by Melissa Doty.
The Capitol Conference Center will be exhibiting a unique project from local photographers, artists and students: a living painting captured in digital form. The exhibit will feature acclaimed works by famous artists like Renoir, Raphael, Diego Rivera, Georges Seurat, Grant Wood, Winslow Homes, John Trumbull, and Bezhad.
The Clay Center of Charleston will also be hosting “Art after Dark,” with activities, live music, and more art. This event will be until 9:30 PM.
